Anonymous Usage Data and Logs
We collect only anonymous usage data and error logs to help improve the game experience and resolve bugs. No personal data (e.g., email address, IP address) is stored in these logs or analytics. If this changes, we will update this policy accordingly.
Real-Time Data Processing for Gameplay
- When you launch our game, we request permission to access your microphone. You can allow or deny this permission and change it at any time through your device or in-game settings.
- Microphone access enables real-time voice chat between players during multiplayer sessions. Voice data captured from your microphone is transmitted through a trusted third-party service directly to other players and is not stored, used for any other purpose, or shared by us beyond gameplay sessions.
- Real-time movement data (walking, crawling, climbing) is processed locally on your device to enable smooth and responsive gameplay controls.
- We collect a unique User ID solely to manage and verify your in-app purchases. This User ID is used only for purchase validation and delivery of paid content and is not used for any other purpose or shared with third parties.
In summary, voice data, user ID, and movement data are used exclusively to enable core game functions and are neither used for marketing, profiling, nor shared with any third parties outside of what is necessary for game operation.
Third-Party Services
Our voice chat and network data are managed by a third-party gaming service provider that handles secure, real-time data transmission necessary for multiplayer functionality. User Control and Rights
- You can disable microphone access at any time via your device settings or in-game options, which will disable voice chat functionality.
- You can manage your in-app purchases through your platform account.
- As a data subject under PDPL, you have the right to request information about your personal data processing, request correction or deletion, object to processing, and other rights as outlined in the law.

Security
We take commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data and real-time data transmissions during gameplay and purchases. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
Our games are intended for users aged 10 and older. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 10. If we learn that a child under 10 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child has shared personal data with us may contact us to request deletion.
